Project Manager, European Funds

• Completed higher education.
• Additional professional certifications are an advantage (e.g., expert in accessing European structural and cohesion funds, public procurement expert).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with non-reimbursable funds projects or at least 5 years in a similar field (e.g., consultant or project manager within an internal department).
• Strong knowledge of management consulting in one or more areas such as: Public Sector, Public Policies, Human Capital.
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Highly developed analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills.

• Project/Contract Management: Coordinating project activities by directly supervising technical teams, consultants, and other collaborators involved.
• Monitoring progress against proposed objectives and preparing monthly reports for funders, partners, and beneficiaries, adhering to contract deadlines.
• Preparing the project budget and cash flow in line with the submitted proposal, beneficiary feedback, and planned activities, while ensuring the resources needed for successful implementation.
• Monitoring non-reimbursable fund programs.
• Performing additional tasks aligned with the team’s purpose as assigned by the manager.
